Cleantech Veteran, Marco DeMiroz, Joins Racktivity as President & CEO

Belgian Data Center Energy and Uptime Management Company Expanding to Address U.S. Market

San Francisco, CA – June 3, 2010 – Racktivity™, the leader in data center energy management systems, today announced that Marco DeMiroz, an experienced technology and energy industry executive, and cleantech investor, will join the company as president and Chief Executive Officer, based in Silicon Valley, California. DeMiroz will also join the Company’s board of directors. DeMiroz leaves Soliant Energy, where he had served as Chief Operating Officer and was also previously interim Chief Executive Officer.
